Superior performance – indoors and out, the new Invacare FDX is an attractive, high performance power chair for the active person. The front wheel drive with G-Trac™ technology combines excellent manoeuvrability indoors with directional stability outdoors, whether at high speed or across uneven ground. The new FDX comes with a configurable, flexible seat concept and is particularly easy to deal with in terms of servicing and maintenance. A slim version measuring below 60 cm width is available for indoor use. Manoeuvrability and seating comfort, the front-wheel-drive construction offers excellent manoeuvrability combined with good outdoor performance. Mobility in confined or narrow environments is facilitated with a slim model featuring smaller tyres and measuring less than 60 cm width. A wide choice of seat options includes the unique Invacare Easy-Adapt® seat as well as seat lift and tilt-in space. G-Trac™ – drive as on rails. The new G-Trac function works just like an electronic compass, providing superb tracking capabilities, no veering on slopes or instability around corners. Whether driving outdoors at faster speeds or indoors at very low speeds, G-Trac technology adds a new level of control for a comfortable, safe and consistent driving performance. Plus the new ACS II electronics means customers can intuitively control the various electrical options. Higher speed and simple servicingThe unique electronics of the G-Trac allows for a high speed of 10 km/h and particularly safe performance for a front wheel drive chair.
