If you wish to exchange please bear in mind you can only exchange like-for-like, meaning the same product in a different size or colour, for the item you are returning. How long do I have to return an item?

What if my item is faulty?

Who pays for my return delivery cost?
If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund courier service costs. Other returns are payable by you and non-refundable.
I’ve returned my item, what happens next?
Once we receive your goods, which can take up to 16 working days depending on the postal service or courier service you used and what part of the world you are in, we will process your return within 48hrs.
